Bob Gilbert strives to make Nickels Gaming Parlour a place
where his customers come to relax, meet new people, and enjoy old
friends. “People don't socialize enough anymore,” Gilbert says.
Gilbert made Nickels a place many people enjoy returning to. “This
is like a Cheers bar,” Gilbert says. It's a friendly atmosphere
where people talk to one another. Being a locally owned business
means the staff at Nickels really get to know customers well.

Nickels has a fun answer for all your gaming desires. We have the
Montana limit of 20 Keno-Poker machines; many of which can only be
found in Helena at Nickels.
We have a multi-table Live Poker Room . We play 7 card Texas Hold-em nightly at 6pm and weekends at 1pm. Wednesday nights we play a no-limit game (Montana State law has a $300 pot maximum).
We also have live poker tournaments the 1st Sunday of every month!

Some of our customers call Nickels a museum because of our historic back-bar, the commemorative rifles on display, the antique slot machines, the signed guitar used by the rock group FLEETWOOD MAC, the collection of Lionstone and Jim Beam bottles and other bar related Memorabilia and we won't disagree.
We serve finger steaks, halibut, cod, shrimp, chicken strips, chicken dinners, egg rolls and more!
Late night snacking is available until close (unlike other Helena eating places that close at 9:00pm).
Nickels is a great place to stop late at night when you want a bite
to eat!
Sidecar Liquor Store is in between Nickels Machine Gaming area and the Poker room. It is a well stocked liquor store. Sidecar Liquor will specially order any of your favorite brands that we do not carry. We have only a minimal mark up on our liquor for sale. And, if you need ice after purchasing your liquor, we will even comp you a bag of ICE.
OCTOBER 30,2011 The JACK POT BUS will leave NICKELS parking lot
at 8:15am. We will arrive in JACKPOT about 5:30 Friday and be
leaving JACKPOT at 12: noon from the parking lot of BARTON'S
CLUB 93.
$150.00 per person for this trip and that
includes the bus, refreshments going down to Jackpot, two nights

NICKELS was proud to host the 2010 fund raiser Poker tournament
for the Montana Griz Foundation.
14 players played for nearly six hours when the top three
decided to share the pot payouts for the top three players.
Susie Rebeck of Helena was declared the winner as she had more
value in shcips. Nickels raised just under $1800 for the Griz
and paid out $1800 to the players in five positions.
